38Very nice fabric. Having ordered different pants over the years I find that the measurements, especially the waist, are inconsistent making selection difficult. Hip, length etc are predictable but not waist
Pant legs are about 4 inches too long and don't agree with tag on pants

Arrived on time, they fit, and they are of good quality.
Nice pants, but tight around the waist and bulged out at the pockets. Order a size up and have them altered. The return policy isn't great so getting something a bit large is safer.
