Ocean Green Harris Tweed® Harrington Jacket

This Jacket is perfect for spring and fall. Is that warm. Winter? That would required layering… which make me wonder why isn’t a long version oversized option?

I really like the jacket and do do my friends. Lots of compliments.

The tweed quality seems very good. The drape/fit of the jacket is quite nice. I did not experience some other reviewers complaints regarding the long sleeve size. For reference, I usually wear size 33/34 sleeves. My only complaint is that the zipper appears to be a no-name brand. For this price point, one would expect a brand-name quality zipper such as YKK.

Excellent coat. Beautiful blue color that is nicely muted with light red lines that add wonderfully to its depth. I love the Harrington collar which provides extra warmth when closed but is also quite stylish when unbuttoned. It's roomy enough to wear with a sweater underneath. It's also not heavy yet drapes well front and back.

Beautiful fabric. The sleeves are somewhat too long, but can be altered.

While the harris tweed fabric on the outside of the jacket is beautiful, it is very light weight and was not what I expected it to be for this price. I thought it would be much more substantial.
