Returns and Exchanges

At Peter Christian, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item for any reason, this page explains how you should do so.

Our Returns Policy

For refunds, where the goods are not faulty, a handling fee will be deducted from the refund total. Exchanges will be refunded, but will not be charged the return handling fee if a re-order is made within 7 days.

All items being returned or exchanged must be in “as-new” condition and with their original packaging (this excludes items that are faulty). No charge will be made for items returned in this condition.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in perfect condition and in their original packaging with labels still attached. Items that are not returned in the same condition as they were sold will be liable to a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the items.
  • Customers that have been identified as 'serial returners' (returned 70%+ of items in 3 or more orders) may be liable to a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the items returned.
  • Items returned outside the returns window, if accepted will be liable to a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the items returned.
  • Commercial orders for Wedding, Film or other entities are subject to a return fee of 10% of the value of the returned items.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Items that have been visibly worn or used
  • Underwear, socks or swimwear
  • Items that have been altered, including items we altered specifically for you
  • Items not returned through our own returns system as we cannot track and verify these 

How to Return

All returns to Peter Christian MUST be processed through our Online Returns Portal.
To initiate a return or exchange, please go to: https://peterchristian.returns.international/ and follow these 4 easy steps:

  1. Enter your details; this may include the first 4 digits of your zip code or your email address, along with your returns order number beginning with 5 or 6. (find your returns number on your invoice, above the list of items ordered, or on the confirmation email sent when you placed your order) .
  2. Print your pre-paid smart label at home or download the QR code onto your mobile device to print in store.
  3. Please include your invoice in your parcel. If possible, re-use the mailing bag or box that your order came in. Please ensure the parcel is securely sealed with strong tape. DO NOT use staples as they may damage the garments inside.
  4. Attach your smart label to your package and drop it off at the postal office within 7 days. You will be given a receipt with a tracking number. Please keep this safe until your return/exchange has been processed.

For exchanges, re-order within 7 days of generating this label to guarantee FREE handling of returned item(s).

Refunds

For all returns for a refund, where the goods are not faulty, a handling fee of $10 (Canada $20) will be deducted from the refund total, to cover preparation for resale costs. Refunds are made via the original payment method. Please allow 14 to 28 working days, from the day you post your item, for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

Please note that you can only return goods for a refund, but exchanges will not be charged the return handling fee. To guarantee FREE handling on your returned exchange, please place a new order online or by phone within 7 days of generating your pre-paid smart returns label.
