Hello chaps!
Lord Trousers, aka Nick Alderton, here to welcome you to Peter Christian. We are purveyors of fine gentlemen's clothing, a family tradition that spans generations. We are based in the medieval English village of Partridge Green, which overlooks the beautiful South Downs National Park.
Nick Alderton and wife, Miranda, together have over 70 years of experience in the menswear industry.

Family heritage
My family is steeped in menswear heritage dating back to 1860. My grandfather ran Aldertons the Tailors, a successful London outfitters specializing in hunting tweeds, military uniforms and plus fours, until all eight shops went up in smoke one fateful night during the Blitz of the Second World War.
Our ethos
Over the years I have received praise from happy customers all over the world, not just regarding our excellent service but from people saying how good they feel when wearing our clothes. For me that is what Peter Christian is all about; looking good and feeling great!
