Your product is very nice, your response is very good. However, when i tried to exchange my purchase, i could not use you return service. I had to send the package by US mail, and that was quite expensive. Perhaps you should make your online forms somehow simpler. VB Princeton NJ USA

How could the size exchange be worse instead of better? I asked for a size change from 36 waist to a 38 (larger size) but evidently received a pair that is mismarked (?). my husband could not even fasten the pair we received! The Texas winter will be over by the time we get this problem resolved. What a disappointment! Please let me know what I should do at this point. Return item? Original bag is not availble. The order # is 1369176, according to the invoice. My customer # seems to be 834361. Please return instructions via email, as soon as possible. I do NOT wish to receive messages from other customers!

The last pair of 34”x34” pants I bought fit perfectly. These are at most a 30” waist. They are too small. I took them to my tailor and he laughed out loud saying you’ve been screwed. How the hell do I return these trousers? This is the second time I’ve asked this.

Sizing is strange, does not match even closely sizing of corduroy trousers. Re turn policy is horrid and by returning them I am still out of pocket by almost Cdn $40.
