To initiate a return or exchange, please click on this link: https://peterchristianoutfitters.returns.international/lite. This will open ZigZag's secure portal in a new window.
After answering a few basic details on their portal, you will be able to download and print a prepaid smart label. Then, within 7 days, secure the label to the outside of your return package and drop the package at any US Postal Service office. No postage is required. You will receive a receipt from the US Postal Service office. This will show a tracking number which you can use to track your return.
Important: For all exchanges, email us in the first instance at [email protected]. Please quote your original order number and tell us about the product you would like to return and the color/size of the product that you would prefer. We will then contact you to confirm your request for an exchange.
All exchanges are free of charge and we will try to have the exchange with you as quickly as possible, usually 7-10 days depending on stock. If the item is out of stock, it will be sent out to you as soon as we receive more stock. If an item requires alteration, it may take slightly longer.
If you return an item for a refund, it can take 10-14 working days from the day we receive the item to process your refund. When returning your item, the way you originally paid for the purchase will determine how you will be refunded.
If you paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.
If you paid for your order with PayPal we will refund into your PayPal account.
Amazon payment refunds are refunded through your Amazon account.
All returns for goods that are not faulty are charged a flat fee of $7. This will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 10-14 working days for your refund to process.
