In the end Totally thrilled with my Harris Tweed slippers

I am totally thrilled with my Harris Tweed shearling-lined slippers that I received at my home in US today! I had a different slipper from Peter Christian and was so pleased that I ordered these. When ordering, I selected Size 10 as that was the tag in the first set of slippers I had ordered. I was sent a size 9 which was too small. I contacted PC by email and was told the mistake was mine and no exchange or refund was possible. Once the holiday week was over I called the PC number for US and spoke to a wonderful Customer Service person who helped completely return the size 9 slippers for a refund. I immediately ordered these correct size 10 (US11) and have received the new pair less than a week later. Please covey my highest praise for your customer service lady who so cordially and correctly addressed my needs! I only wish this horrific tariff issue would go away…

Past experience has been excellent. Good products. Timely service. This order was for three pants…40 by 27. Two arrived correctly. Third was 42 by 27. Too difficult to return to UK so I ate the cost of $115. I’ll still purchase from you.
