Once we have assessed your request, one of our customer care team will issue you with a prepaid smart label. Simply tape the label on the outside of your return package and drop your package in the US Mail wherever you find it most convenient. No postage is required. Please do not ship your return parcel back to the UK.

All exchanges are free of charge and we will try to have the exchange with you as quickly as possible, usually 7-10 days depending on stock. If the item is out of stock, it will be sent out to you as soon as we receive more stock. If an item requires alteration, it may take slightly longer.
If you return an item for a refund, it can take 10-14 working days from the day we receive the item to process your refund. When returning your item, the way you originally paid for the purchase will determine how you will be refunded.
